Remember, being a natural fibre the weaving of silk may contain minor variations and irregularities. These are characteristics of fine silk yarn and should not be treated as defects.

Silks tend to be susceptible to fading when exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods. Some colours are more prone to fading than others.
Use of light proof linings and interlinings are advised for curtains.
