Shipping Options & Costs
All items are despatched from stock within 2 working days of placement of your order and providing your card payment can be successfully authorized. If payment is by cheque the order is despatched once the cheque has cleared.
If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery time and re-confirm your order with you.
Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box number and you should ensure the delivery address you provide us is deliverable to.
UK Orders
Postage costs depend on weight, value and urgency; for orders to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland carriage charges are as follows:

All Lace orders are sent by special delivery . Please add £3.00 to the delivery cost (unless delivery by courier) if your order contains any lace.
For courier delivery there must be someone available at the address provided between 9am and 5pm to take possession of the order otherwise it will be returned to us. If you will be at work it is advisable to have your order delivered there.
International Orders
International shipping costs are dependant on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the world zone of the destination country. Please contact us with your order details and we will calculate the shipping charge for you.
We use either the 'International signed for' Airmail service or 'Airsure' priority handling, depending on the weight of the order. Both options allow you to check the progress of your item online.
Delivery times are usually around 6 to 7 working days.
Please note that shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges.
