4. Contact by post, if you require to send us a colour swatch for colour guidance or making payments by cheque. You will be protected under Consumer Rights Directive ( Distance selling ) in the UK. If however you are ordering in course of a business , these rights do not apply.
B) Minimum order : one can place a minimum of half a metre of each item. Length required is round to the nearest 25 cm. increments of 50, 75, 100, 125 cm.
C) If an item is out of stock , we will advise of the earliest delivery date and reconfirm the order with you.
D) Each item in your order is examined carefully and packed before dispatch to make sure a quality service is provided and customer satisfaction.
Important Note
Please ensure you order enough quantity at the first instance to complete the project.
If you fall short and require more to complete the job it is possible the item may not be from the same batch and the colour may vary. The exact colour match from the same batch may or may not be available.
Silk is woven to order by the manufacturers and silk yarn is dyed to specific colours for each batch to weave.
The next delivery of the same colour from the manufacturers will be a new batch and there can be a slight variation inspite of all the care and efforts made to get the same results each time.
