Hansson Silks is a member of UK Trading Standards ‘ Buy With Confidence’ Scheme. and follow the rules laid by them for returns.
Goods you receive should be the goods you have ordered. If you find any variation in quality or any defect, you must report it in writing within one week of receipt of the fabric. Goods must also be protected in the original state as supplied along with the invoice. If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced or refunded as you wish. That is in the case the item is bought in full piece.
If all Silks and trimmings are cut to your individual specification, they cannot be returned. ( exceptions apply )
